German Black Forrest Cake three layers of chocolate cake brushed with a black cherry sauce and separated by layers of dark chocolate butter cream. Topped with homemade Maraschino cherries. Serves 12-16 $ 40.00 Tiramisu with homemade Lady Fingers and brushed with a Coffee liqueur and Rum scented Mascarpone cream dusted with Costa Rican cocoa powder. Serves 20 $ 40.00 Parisian Fruit Tart fresh lemon or lime curd topped with fresh berries and kiwi, glazed with an Apricot preserve. It truly tastes as beautiful as it looks! Serves 8-10 $ 25.00 Chocolate or Vanilla Layer Cake a classic layer cake, your choice of chocolate or vanilla and your choice of frosting. Served with freshly whipped cream.
